Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعًا هامًا حول شخصية فريدة في التاريخ المعاصر تركت بصمتها على الحركات الإسلامية التي ظهرت في العالم الإسلامي الحديث منذ نهاية القرن التاسع عشر حتى الآن هي شخصية جمال الدين الأفغاني وأصول دعوته التي تهدف إلى وحدة العالم الإسلامي وفي نفس الوقت تهدف إلى الإصلاح السياسي والاجتماعي، كما تدعو إلى إيقاظ العالم الإسلامي من سباته العميق لكي يواجه الخطر المحدق به خطر التخلف والاحتلال الغربي.
