التوافق النفسي لدى المربيات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التوافق النفسي لدى المربيات، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لأنه الانسب لهذه الدراسة كما تم الاعتماد على مقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد ""زينب محمود شقير"" وقد طبقت الأداة على(30) مربية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة وبعدها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية عند الحزمة الإحصائية spss للعلوم الاجتماعية وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية. - مستوى التوافق لدى المربيات متوسط. - لا توجد فروق في التوافق النفسي لدى المربيات حسب الخبرة. Résumé: This study aimed to reveal the psychological compatibility of nannies، and the descriptive approach was used as it is the most suitable for this study، and the psychological adjustment scale prepared by "Zainab Mahmoud Shuqair" was used. package for unanimous sciences، and the following results were achieved: - The nannies' level of reconciliation is average _ There are no differences in nannies' psychological reconciliation according to experience.
