Abstract

الملخص تضطلع مؤسسات التعليم العالي، في كل بلدان العالم، بثلاث مهام رئيسية، وهي: التعليم، والبحث، وخدمة المجتمع. وفي مسعى للقيام بهذه المهام على أحسن وجه، ومن ثم تحقيق الأهداف التي أنشئت من أجلها بكفاءة وفعالية، تلجأ هذه المؤسسات إلى وضع وتبني معايير ومؤشرات جودة عملياتها، ومن بينها نشاطات البحث العلمي التي يقوم بها أعضاء هيئتها التدريسية. وفي هذا الصدد، سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة تسليط الضوء على معايير جودة البحوث العلمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك بمعالجة إشكالية أساسية تتمثل في: فيما تتمثل معايير ومواصفات جودة البحوث العلمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ؟. لذلك، سنعالج الموضوع من خلال محورين، محور أول مفهوم البحث العلمي، ومحور ثان شروط ومعايير جودة البحوث العلمية. Abstract: Higher education institutions, in all countries of the world, undertake three main tasks: education, research, and community service. In an effort to carry out these tasks in the best possible way, and then achieve the goals for which they were established efficiently and effectively, these institutions resort to setting and adopting standards and indicators for the quality of their operations, Among them are the scientific research activities carried out by its faculty members. we will attempt, through this paper, to shed light on the quality standards of scientific research in higher education institutions, by addressing a basic problem represented in: What are the standards and specifications for the quality of scientific research in higher education institutions? Therefore, we will address the topic through two axes: the first axis is the concept of scientific research, and the second axis is the conditions
