دور التمويل البنكي في تنمية القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر دراسة حالة ولاية الوادي (2007-2016)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمويل البنكي في تنمية القطاع الفلاحي، وذلك بعد التطرق إلى أهم المفاهيم الأساسية ذات الصلة بالموضوع من التمويل الفلاحي، التمويل البنكي، التنمية الفلاحية، وذلك بالربط بين التحليل الوصفي الذي يستند على الجوانب النظرية للموضوع والتحليل الاحصائي الذي يستند على الجانب الميداني والتطبيقي للموضوع. حيث تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان واقع القطاع الفلاحي في ولاية الوادي وما انبثق عنها من قروض فلاحية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية الذي يعتبر أحد ممولي هذا القطاع. وفي الأخير لخصت الدراسة إلى أن القطاع الفلاحي يواجه عدة مشاكل طبيعية وتقنية، وأن اقبال الفلاحين للقروض الفلاحية يعتبر ضعيف لعدة أسباب This study aims to identify the role of banking finance in the development of the agricultural sector, after having dealt with the most relevant basic concepts of agricultural finance, banking financing and agricultural development, linking the descriptive analysis based on The theoretical aspects of the object of a statistical analysis, which is ground-based and the practical side of the subject.
