Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل فاعلية التكنولوجيا المالية Fintech في تحسين الاداء المالي للبنوك التجارية، وذلك من خلال تحليل آراء مسيرين عينة من الوكالات البنكية بالوادي، معتمدين على الاستبيان الذي حلل بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي spss وأساليب إحصائية متنوعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط ايجابي بين التكنولوجيا المالية بأبعادها (التمويل، التحويلات المالية، الإقراض) والأداء المالي للوكالات البنكية محل الدراسة، كما أكدت العينة المبحوثة أن التكنولوجيا المالية بأدواتها المتطورة أداة مساهمة في تحسين الأداء المالي بفضل منصات التمويل لتحويل الأموال وصرف العملة الصعبة، لذلك وجب الإسراع للتعاقد مع الشركات المستثمرة فيها وتبنيها في البنوك التجارية الجزائرية ضمانا لتطور الخدمات المالية وتعزيز الشمول المالي.
