مدينة عنابة في النصف الأول من القرن الثامن عشر من خلال رحلتي "بايصونال" و"هابنسترايت

Abstract

ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال والذي هو تحت عنوان: مدينة عنابة في النصف الأول من القرن الثامن عشر من خلال رحلتي "بايصونال" و"هابنسترايت": إلى تسليط الضوء على مدينة عنابة اعتمادا على رحلة الطبيب والرحالة الفرنسي "جان أندري بايصونال" Jean André Peyssonnel سنة 1725م، ورحلة الطبيب وعالم النبات الألماني "جون. أرنست. هابنسترايت" J. E. Hebenstreit سنة 1732م. تحدّثت هذه المصادر الأجنبية عن مدينة عنابة وجانب من تاريخها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في النصف الأول من القرن الثامن عشر ميلادي، وتركت لنا معطيات هامّة تتعلق بالموقع والمساحة، العمران وبعض التحصينات العسكرية، بالإضافة إلى الأوضاع الاجتماعية كالسكان والقبائل وموقفهم من بايات قسنطينة وممثليهم في عنابة. Abstract: This article entitled Annaba city in the first half of the 18th century through Jean André Peyssonnel and Hebenstreit’s journey aims at shedding the light on Annaba city depending on the trip of the doctor and the French traveler Jean André Peyssonnel in 1725, and the German doctor and botanist J. E. Hebenstreit in 1732. These foreign sources talked about the city of Annaba and an aspect of its social and economic history in the first half of the eighteenth century, and left us important data related to the location and the area, the urbanization and some military fortifications, in addition to the social conditions such as the population, and the tribes besides their position in the beys of Constantine and their representatives in Annaba, besides that it showed the important role played by the city’s ports by exporting goods and product to European countries.
