أثر خصائص المؤسسة على مستوى الإفصاح عن الموارد البشرية في فرنسا- دراسة تطبيقية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير خصائص الشركة على مستوى الإفصاح عن الموارد البشرية في التقارير المالية السنوية للشركات الفرنسية؛ شملت الدراسة مجموعة من الشركات وعددها 10 شركات تنشط في قطاعات مختلفة، للفترة 2003-2017. قام الباحثان بتصميم نموذج انحدار متعدد لاختبار العلاقة الإحصائية بين خصائص الشركة (المتمثلة في طبيعة النشاط، العمر، الحجم، القيمة الدفترية، الربحية، مستوى المديونية) والإفصاح عن الموارد البشرية. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثير معنوي و موجب للمتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في العمر، الحجم، والربحية في الإفصاح عن الموارد البشرية، في حين لم يكن هناك أثر دال إحصائيا للمتغيرات المستقلة الأخرى المتعلقة بالشركة والمتمثلة في، طبيعة النشاط، القيمة الدفترية، ومستوى المديونية، في مستوى الإفصاح في التقارير المالية . This study aims to investigate the effect of company characteristics on human resources disclosure in the annual financial reports at the French companies. The study included 10 companies operating in different sectors, during 2003-2017. The researchers designed a linear multiple regression model in order to test the statistical associations relationship between the characteristics of the company (the type of activity, company size, company age, book value, profitability, and level of debt) and human resources disclosure. The result of analysis shows that company size, company age, and profitability affect human resources disclosure significantly ; While the type of activity, and book value and debt level does not affect human resources disclosure significantly in their annual financial reports
