سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية في الدول المغاربية لتنويع صادراتها دراسة مقارنة بين الجزائر وتونس

Abstract

يعد تنويع الصادرات أمرا ضروريا لا يمكن الغناء عنه في التنمية الاقتصادية، فهو يضمن النمو للإنتاج من خلال منافذ متعددة، و يعمل على تقليص التبعية لسلع مصدرة وذات التأثير الكبير بالتقلبات في السوق العالمية، والسياسات التجارية بدورها تعد احدى العناصر الأساسية لتحديد درجة تنويع الصادرات، والدراسات في هذا المجال بينت مدى الأثر الواضح لسياسة الحرية التجارية في تنويع صادرات البلدان التي تتبناها، من هذا المبدأ حاولنا في هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية التي تبنتها الدول المغاربية ومدى أثرها على تنويع صادراتها، من خلال مقارنة بين التجربتين الجزائرية والتونسية : Export diversification is a necessary and indispensable matter in economic development, as it guarantees growth in production through multiple outlets, and works to reduce dependency on exported commodities that have a great impact on fluctuations in the global market, and trade policies in turn are one of the basic elements to determine the degree of export diversification, and studies In this regard, I showed the clear impact of the policy of trade freedom on diversifying the exports of the countries that adopt it. From this principle, we tried in this study to shed light on the foreign trade liberalization policies adopted by the Maghreb countries and their impact on diversifying their exports, through a comparison between the Algerian and Tunisian experiences.
