انعكاسات استخدام الفايسبوك على الفعالية الاتصالية بين الطلبة والأساتذة

Abstract

ملخص: تعتبر تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال تقنية القرن العشرين وما بعده، فهي تعبر عن مجموع الأنشطة والأدوات المستخدمة للتلقي والتخزين والتحليل وتوصيل المعلومات وتبادلها في كل أشكالها بتكنولوجياتها الاتصالية وتطبيقاتها في المجالات المختلفة والتي من بينها المجال التعليمي، أين فتحت من خلاله هذه التكنولوجيات المعلوماتية الاتصالية العديد من الآفاق أمام الطالب الجزائري نحو سبل حديثة في اكتساب المعرفة والاستفادة منها، بمختلف الوسائل والطرق التكنولوجية الاتصالية المختلفة والتي من بينها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على تعددها، وخاصة منها شبكة الفايسبوك، أين أصبح الطالب الجامعي يعتمد عليه كوسيلة اتصالية علمية تواصليه مع الأساتذة نظرا لما تحمله من ايجابيات، لكن في المقابل قد تحُول دون تحقٌق الفعالية الاتصالية المرغوبة التي تكون بنسبة أكثر في الاتصال المواجهي وما يحتويه من مميزات تفاعلية، في خضم هذا الطرح سنحاول الإجابة على الإشكال الآتي: ما هي انعكاسات استخدام الفايسبوك على الفعالية الاتصالية بين الطلبة والأساتذة من وجهة نظر طلبة وأساتذة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة باتنة؟. Abstract: This study was designed to reveal the implications of the use of Facebook on the communication effectiveness of students and professors through a field study on a sample of students and professors at the University of Batna 1. This study is one of the analytical descriptive studies used for sample survey method within its intended type, in order to reach the study community in part. (student sample estimated at 30 individual, teacher sample estimated at 25 individual), Where has the questionnaire tool been used to gather information, and to use the application model and lightning as guidance for the study's topic, The study reached a series of results, the most important of which is that students' communication with professors does not always achieve the required understanding. The problem of understanding information is the most important obstacle to their communication with professors, and one of the most important reasons why teachers prefer to communicate with students on Facebook is to focus on providing information.
