Abstract
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية مضمون نظرية الجوائح في الفقه الاسلامي، من خلال دراسة مختلف ما يتعلق بها من أحكام وبيان مدى إمكانية وصحة تكييف فيروس كورونا من الجوائح، بحيث تجري عليه الأحكام التي قررها الفقهاء، وهل يمكن إجراء الشروط الخاصة بنظرية الجوائح على جائحة كورونا. وتبين لنا من خلال هذه الورقة أن اعتبار فيروس كورونا من الجوائح في الشرع يمكن من الإجابة على كثير من الإشكالات الفقهية التي ترتبت على هذه الجائحة، وهذه الورقة نعرض بعض النماذج التطبيقية التي أفرزتها جائحة كورونا، وكيفية تنزيل الأحكام الشرعية عليها من خلال تحقيق مناطاتها.
