الإسهامات الوقفية للمرأة في العهد العثماني

Abstract

"الملخص تناولت هذه المذكرة موضوع: الإسهامات الوقفية للمرأة في العهد العثماني - نماذج مختارة -، وقد حاولنا الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: إلى أيِّ مدى ساهمت المرأة في الوقف في العهد العثماني؟، وقد احتوت المذكرة على ثلاثة مباحث فالمبحث الأوّل تناولنا فيه ماهية الوقف (تعريفه، مشروعيته، أنواعه، أركانه، أهدافه وأهمية الوقف النسوي)، أمَّا المبحث الثاني فقد تناولنا فيهواقع المرأة في العهد العثماني، فتطرقنا إلى تعريف موجز للعهد العثماني ولمحة عن تاريخ الأوقاف فيه،أمَّا المطلب الثاني فتطرقنا إلى المكانة الاجتماعيةوالاقتصادية للمرأة في العهد العثماني، والمطلب الثالث تناولنا فيهالذمة المالية للمرأة،أمَّا المبحث الثالث فقد ذكرنا فيه نماذج من إسهامات المرأة في الوقف في العهد العثماني:(جامع السيدة، مسجد جنين لفاطمة خاتون ، تكية خُرّم خاصكي سلطاني، دار الشفاء بمكة لكُلْنُوش، وتعليم الفتيات لبُزم عالم سلطان...). وفي الختام: ختمنا المذكرة بذكر أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها،وبعض التوصيات الهامة.""Summary: This Memorandum dealt with the subject of ""Endowment contributions forwomen in the Ottoman era"" - chosen Model - we tried to answer the following problematic: To what extent did women contribute to the endowment in the Ottoman era? The Memorandum contains three chapters: The first chapter we have dealt with: ""What is Endowment? ""(Its definition, its legality, its types, its pillars,its goals and the importance of woman's Endowment). The second chapter we have dealt with women's reality in the Ottoman era .we mentioned the Ottoman's era definition and brief vision about the history of Endowment in this era . Also , we studied ""the social and economic status of women in Ottoman era in addition to the financial responsibility of women . The third chapter we mentioned examples from the woman's contribution in endowment during the Ottoman's era (Al saida Mosque -Djunine Mosque of Fatima Khatune Apartment Khuramkhaslisoltani Dar Al shifa in Mecca for kulnuhe- the education of girls for BuzmAlemsoltani ...). In conclusion,we have mentioned the main results of this study and some recommendations."
