"Nous avons réalisé un mémoire sur un problème rencontré au niveau de l'usine API / CINA HMD Ce problème consiste dans le faite que les opérateurs exploitants au niveau de L’unité de traitement des eaux huileuses manipulent manuellement des produits chimiques afin d'injecter un mélange approprie dans un grand ballon pour justement traiter cette eau polluée Au vu du risque que cela comporte sur la sante des opérateurs et l’environnement, la solution apportée à ce problème a été d'automatiser L'opération de mélange de ces produits chimiques, et enfin un Système de control automatique du dosage et mélange des produits chimiques Mots clés : la station de déshuilage, Les Automates Programmables, skide injection, control automatique Abstract : We make a solution to a problem faced at the API / CINA HMD, our solution is to keep a way the operators of the oily water treatment unit from manipulating manually chemical products in order to inject an appropriate mixture into a large vessel in order to treat polluted water. The high risk of these chemical products to damage either the health of the operators or the environment so the solution brought to this problem was to automate the operation of mixing these chemicals." "قمنا بإنجاز اطروحة تعالج مشكلة واجهناها في وحدة معالجة المياه الزيتية ، متمثلة في ان مشغلي الوحدة يقومون يدويًا بأخذ و دمج المنتجات الكيميائية و حقن الخليط المناسب في وعاء كبير من أجل معالجة المياه ملوثة. وحيث إن المخاطر العالية لهذه المنتجات الكيماوية تلحق الضرر بصحة المشغلين أو البيئة، لذلك كان الحل الذي تم تقديمه لهذه المشكلة هو أتمتة عملية خلط هذه المواد الكيميائية.."
