دور الصين في إفريقيا:من التغلغل الإقتصادي الى الانتشار العسكري

Abstract

"تمتلك الصين مكانة دولية محترمة، تجعلها دولة جديرة بالخشية، وهي تراهن على الانتقال من التواجد الاقتصادي ونجاح الاستثمار، إلى الانتشار العسكريّ والقوة، غير أنّه ليس من السهل عليها دخول الأسواق الإفريقية، في ظلّ المنافسة الدولية الشديدة، مما يقتضي دورا صينيا نشيطا لحساب هذه الأوراق الرابحة، محددات القوة، والتهديدات المحتملة. تحاول هذه الدراسة البحث حول إستراتيجية الصين في إفريقيا في ضوء استمرار الهيمنة الأمريكية على الصعيد العالمي، وكيف تقدّم بيجين نموذجها للعلاقات الدولية النديّة مع الدول الإفريقية من جهة، وتسعى للانتشار وامتلاك القوة الناعمة في الجهة المقابلة.
