Abstract

Achieving the principle of legal security has become extremely important and a fundamental pillar for any developing country that wants to attract industrial investment and transfer technology, and then achieve significant economic growth in a world characterized by intense competition and high attractiveness for foreign investments in particular. Therefore, we are trying, through this intervention, to define the requirements for achieving the principle of legal security in the texts related to granting real estate destined for investment in Algeria, especially industrial real estate in particular, by addressing the concept of this principle, the conditions for its realization, and the extent to which it is achieved in the current Algerian legislation or not, by highlighting Order No. : 08-04, which defines the conditions and modalities for granting concessions on lands belonging to private property of the state and destined for the realization of investment projects, as the current legal framework regulating how to benefit from industrial real estate
