Abstract

اهتم صناع القرار في الدولة الجزائرية بالمجال الرياضي كونه من أهم النشاطات التي تعني كثير بالنسبة للشعب الجزائري، حيث شهد العديد من المحطات التاريخية والتطورات التي مست جميع قطاعاته وقامت الدولة بوضع حملة من البرامج والسياسات التي تهتم بالمجال الرياضي بهدف تطوير الرياضة وممارستها على الصعيد الفردي والمجتمع، وكذلك العديد من الإصلاحات التي شملت جميع المجالات الرياضية في الوطن من أجل الرقي بها وجعلها تتواكب مع جميع التطورات العالمية في المجال الرياضي، كون الرياضة عنصر أساسي في جميع سياسات الدول.The decision makers in Algeria has been interested in the sports field because it's one of the most important activities that mean a lot to the Algerian people , the sports is Algeria witnessed many stations and developments that touched all her fields , and the Algerian government has developed many programs and policies that are concerned with sports field and the aim is developing and practicing sports at all the levels of the community , and this is showed the importance of sports financing and allocating resources to support and advance the sports sector at all the levels because finance is the basic of the development of sport.
