مساهمة تقييم الأوراق المالية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة فيلادلفيا ـ بورصة عمان

Abstract

"تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة تقييم الاوراق المالي في تحسين الاداء المالي لمؤسسة فيلادلفيا بالأردن، والتعرف على أكثر الأساليب تطبيقا في تقييم الاوراق المالية وأيضا التعرف على معوقات التي تواجها المؤسسة عند تطبيق هاته الأساليب. وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في هذه الدراسة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم أخذ 10 سنوات مالية (2009-2019) كعينة للتحليل في هذه المؤسسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن الأوراق المالية لها دور فعال في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، فمن خلال حساب المؤشرات المالية وتحليلها استنتجنا وجود علاقة جيدة بين التقارير المالية السنوية ومؤشرات الأداء المالي.

"" This study aims to identify the extent of the contribution of securities evaluation in improving the financial performance of the Philadelphia Corporation in Jordan, and to identify the most applied methods in evaluating securities, as well as to identify the obstacles that the institution faces when applying these methods. The descriptive and analytical approach was followed in this study to achieve the objectives of the study. 10 financial years (2009-2019) were taken as a sample for analysis in this institution. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Securities have an effective role in improving the financial performance of the institution. Through the calculation and analysis of financial indicators, we concluded that there is a good relationship between annual financial reports and financial performance indicators. "
