بناء أداة لقياس قلق الموت لدى المرضى المزمنين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء أداة لقياس قلق الموت لدى المرضى المزمنين وقصد تحقيق هذا الغرض تم إتباع الخطوات العلمية المتعارف عليها، وذلك بتطبيقه في صورته الأولية مكونا من (36) فقرة على عينة قدرها (86) مريض مرضا مزمنا، وتم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية حيث قدر الصدق بطريقة الصدق الظاهري وذلك باعتماد نسبة (80%) لاتفاق الخبراء وصدق الاتساق الداخلي حيث تراوحت معاملات الارتباط ما بين (0.95 ، 0.21)، كما قدر الثبات بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة αكرونباخ حيث قدر معامل الثبات ب(0.88)، وبطريقة التجزئة النصفية باستخدام معادلة جيتمان حيث قدر معامل الثبات ب(0.73). وبناءا عليه تحقق للمقياس خصائص سيكومترية مقبولة تجعله مهيأ للتطبيق مكونا من (36) فقرة. Abstract: This study aims to build a tool to measure death anxiety in chronic patients, and in order to achieve this purpose, the recognized scientific steps were followed, by applying it in its initial form consisting of (36) paragraphs on a sample of (86) patients with a chronic disease, and its psychometric properties were ascertained. The validity was estimated by the apparent honesty method by adopting a percentage (80%) for the expert agreement and the validity of the internal consistency, where the correlation coefficients ranged between (0.95, 0.21), and the stability was estimated using the internal consistency method using the α Cronbach equation, where the stability coefficient was estimated at (0.88), and by the half-segmentation method. By using Getman equation, the coefficient of stability was estimated to be (0.73). Accordingly, the scale has acceptable psychometric properties that make it suitable for application, consisting of (36) paragraphs.
