Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل استراتيجية تنمية قطاع الصناعات التقليدية والحرف في ولاية جيجل، وذلك في ظل علاقات مختلف الفاعلين فيه (سواء المباشرين أو غير المباشرين)، باستخدام تقنية ماكتور، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقات تتفاوت بين القوة والضعف تربط مختلف الفاعلين بالقطاع، وعلاقات جد ضعيفة مع الفاعلين غير المباشرين ، إضافة إلى وجود امكانية كبيرة لعدم تحقق بعض أهداف الاستراتيجية خاصة فيما يتعلق بحماية التراث وتسويق المنتجات نحو الخارج، وهذا راجع لعدم توافق هذه الأهداف مع أهداف الفاعلين. This studyaims to analyse the strategy for the development of the traditionalindustry and craftssector in the state of Jijel, In the context of the relations between the variousactors (both direct and indirect), usingMactor'stechnique. The study found To the existence of relationships between power and weakness linking different actors to the sector, and Very weak relations with indirect actors, in addition to the great possibility of not achieving some of the goals of the strategy, especially with regard to protecting heritage and marketing products abroad, and this is due to the incompatibility of these goals with the goals of the actors.
