Abstract

Research Summary: This study examined the rights of the elderly, and given by Islam of special treatment for this group of people, The research is divided in this note into two, separate theoretical: talking about the concept of the right of the elderly in the language and terminology, and speaks well for some changes in the great position Islam them, as well as the basics of Islam care for the elderly with some comparison made laws, Chapter II Applied: contain on the most important rights of the elderly legislature in Islam as a right mitigation in worship, the right of easing in the transactions, the rights relating to the social aspect, economic and health study showed the jurisdiction of this rights in the light of the views of scholars and the piece after viewing doctrines and sayings of the scholars discussed and then weighting the legitimate government strong ones. The findings of this study to a group of the most important findings: that longevity in itself is blessed with the grace of God by the willing slaves of Muslims, perhaps to repent that he was abusive, and that the increase of the goodness that was improved. Among the most important recommendations made by the study recommends: community awareness of the need to respect the great, especially the parents and relatives.
