التكاليف البيئية وطرق التحكم فيها: دراسة حالة قطاع صناعة الاسمنت في الجزائر

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة التكاليف البيئية وطرق التحكم فيها مع التركيز على حالة قطاع صناعة الاسمنت في الجزائر. بعد تفصيل كلا من الآثار السلبية للصناعة على البيئة وكيفية مساهمة التكاليف البيئية في الحد من هذه الآثار، تم التطرق إلى واقع التكاليف البيئية في قطاع الاسمنت في الجزائر من خلال البحث في الاجراءات والتدابير المتخذة والمتبعة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قطاع الاسمنت يستغل كل الفرص المتاحة أمامه سواء تلك التي تقدمها الدولة أو تلك المتأتية من المساعدات التقنية الأجنبية، كما أنه يتخذ مبادرات طوعية من أجل الحد من انعكاسات هذه الصناعة على البيئة. This research aims to study the environmental costs and the methods used to control them, with a focus on the state of the cement industry in Algeria. After having detailed both the negative effects of the industry on the environment and how environmental costs contribute to reducing these effects, the reality of environmental costs in the cement sector in Algeria was addressed by researching the procedures and measures taken and followed. The study revealed that the cement sector is taking advantage of all the opportunities available to it, both those provided by the State and those resulting from foreign technical assistance, and is taking voluntary initiatives to reduce the industry's impact on the environment.
