| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر عملية تثمين الأرشيف من أهم العمليات التي تسعى مراكز الأرشيف الوطنية إلى تأديتها بفعالية بغية التعريف بالوثائق والأرصدة الأرشيفية التي بحوزتها وإعطائها قيمة وأهمية من خلال مجموعة من الوسائل المختلفة، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه البوابات الرقمية للأرشيفات الوطنية في تثمين الوثائق والأرصدة الأرشيفية في البيئة الافتراضية، تم اختيار عينة مكونة من سبعة بوابات رقمية لأرشيفات وطنية ، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلنا إلى أن البوابة الرقمية للأرشيف الوطني الأمريكي والأسترالي والبريطاني لعبت دورا كبيرا في تثمين الأرشيف عن طريق مجموعة من الخدمات المتنوعة، وأن الأرشيفات الوطنية العربية تمكنت من التعريف بها وبأنشطتها غير أنها تميزت بنقص في تقديم مجموعة من الخدمات، كما نحث القائمين على مؤسسة الأرشيف الوطني الجزائري على ضرورة انشاء وتصميم بوابة رقمية لتثمين المحتوى الرقمي للأرشيف الوطني. Archival valorization is one of the most important processes that the National Archives wants to carry out effectively in order to make the records and archival assets in its possession known, valued, and significant through a variety of means. The aim of this study is to highlight the role of the National Archives' digital portals in enhancing the value of archival records and holdings in the virtual environment. Indeed, a sample of seven digital portals of the national archives was selected. We used the descriptive and analytical approach, and we concluded that the digital portal of the American, Australian and British National Archives played a crucial role in the valorization of the archives through a varied set of services, and that the Arab National Archives was also able to make known its archives and its activities, but it presented a deficiency in certain services. Indeed, we urge those in charge of the Algerian National Archives to design and implement a digital portal to enhance the digital content of the National Archives. | en_US |
