Abstract
للمرأة دور هام في حياة المجتمعات ،فهي الزوجة والأم والأخت والبنت ،ولكن تختلف مكانتها فهي النصف المكمل للرجل في حياته الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والعملية بالرغم أن الرجل في بداية الأمر هو صاحب السيطرة التامة على نصفه الآخر رغم ما كانت تعانيه من مشاكل الحياة ورغم ذلك كان يسعي للحصول على مزيد من النساء سواء عن طريق الزواج أو السبي فلم يكن هناك قيمة للزواج . اعتبرت المرأة تابعة للرجل وتحت مسؤوليته وحمايته ،ولم يكن للمرأة البدائية حق التصرف في القضايا الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والزوجية ،فهي مهضومة الحقوق ومبتزة الأموال ومحرومة من الحرية والارث ،لا رأي لها ولا قرار ،إلى جانب معاناتها قسوة الزوج والاب والاخ ومن يمتلكها ،فهي تعيش على هامش الحياة وتقوم بكل أعباء الحياة الزوجية بموجب الاعراف والقوانين والتقاليد المطبقة في البيئة التي تعيش فيها ومن هنا سأتطرق في هذا المقال إلى نظرة المجتمع العربي قبل الاسلام إلى المرأة في منطقة الحجاز خلال القرنين الخامس والسادس الميلاديين ،وكيف كانت وضعيتها مستعينا ببعض المصادر والمراجع والدواوين الشعرية ممن عاصروا تلك الفترة الزمنية. Women play an important rôle in the live of
societies, they are wife, mother, sister and
daughter, but their status is different, they are
half complementary to men in their social,
economic and practical life, although the
man is in the beginning the owner of full
control over the other half despite the
problems of life and yet he was seeking to
get more women whether by marriage or by
sin, there was no value for marriage, women
were considered subordinate to men and
under his responsibility and protection, and
the primitive woman did not have the right to
act on social and economic issues. And
marriage, she is a wife of rights and a
money-deprived and deprived of freedom
and inheritance, she has no opinion and no
decision, besides suffering the cruelty of
husband, father, brother and those who own
it, she lives on the margins of life and carries
out all the burdens of married life under the
norms, laws and traditions applied in The
environment in which you live and from here
I will address in this article the view of the
Arab society before Islam to women in the
Hijaz region during the fifth and sixth
centuries AD, and how its situation was
using some sources, references and poetic
dawains who lived through that period of
time.
