التّطبيع مع الكيان الصّهيوني "دراسة في فتاوى معاصرة

Abstract

"يعد مصطلح التّطبيع من مبتكرات الصّراع العربيّ الإسرائيلي، ويقصد به تحويل آليات الصّراع الحربيّ إلى آليات السّلام والصّلح لخلق جسر التّقارب والتّبادل والمحبة، وإقامة علاقات دبلوماسية وتبادل سياسي واقتصادي وأمني...إلخ، وبذلك يفرض الاحتلال ثقافته ومفاهيمه وأفكاره ويبثها في الشّعوب لتمتد في الأراضي العربيّة يوما بعد يوم ويستمر في استيطانه واستعماره لها، بالرّغم من هذا أقدمت بعض الدّول العربيّة للتّطبيع مع إسرائيل فظهرت خلافات بين النّاس وتعددت بين مؤيد لها ومعارض، وكان ولابد أن تتدخل الشّريعة الفقهية الإسلامية لتعطي حلا ورأيا سديدا حاسما في هذه المسألة، وهذا ما دفعنا لاختيار عنوان مذكرتنا الموسوم"" التّطبيع مع الكيان الصّهيوني –دراسة في فتاوى معاصرة-"". وللفصل في هذه المسألة ومعرفة تفاصيلها وخط جزئياتها، تطرقنا إلى مفهوم التّطبيع وكذا مظاهره وأخطاره والدّوافع الحقيقية له مرورا بالاستراتيجيات المتبعة في تطبيقه مع ذكر موقف بعض الدّول العربيّة منه، ثم تبين الحكم الشّرعيّ للتّطبيع استنادا للقرآن والسّنة والعقل مع ذكر ورصد أهم الفتاوى المعاصرة الصادرة عن علمائنا المسلمين. ""The term normalization is considered to be one of the inventions of the Arab-Israeli conflit, and it comes with the ideology of transforming the mechanisme of warfare into peace and reconciliation mechanisme to creat a bond of cohesion and toletance , and establishing diplomatic relations and political, economical and security exchange,,,,etc, and so the colonizationimposes its culture, concepts and ideas to spread it wide to penetrate through the Arab lands and it keeps on clonizing and setteling in the rools of these lands, despite everything mentioned , some Arab countries have shown support to the normalization of Israel disagreements arose between people and it varied between supportive and opponents, Islamic juris prudence had to intervene to give a solution and a decisive opinion to this issue and this led us to choose the litle of our research theme ‘’ Normalization with the lionist entity ‘’ A study in contemporary FATWA . To decide on this issue and know its details we discussed the concept of normalization as well as its manifestations and dangers and its real motives through the strategies followed in its application with reference to the position of some Arab countries , then showing to normalization based on the Quran and Sunah and the logical reasoning (with mentioning and monitoring) withciting and monitoring the most important contemporary FATWAS coming from or issued by our Muslim scholars "
