Abstract

الملخص: يركز البحث على اهمية استخدام نموذج البرمجة الخطية كاداة علمية تساعد الادارة في عملية تخصيص الامثل للموارد المتاحة ،وفضلا عن ذالك تساعد الادارة في توفير معلومات ملائمة لعملية اتخاذ القرارات الادارية وتحليل الحساسية ،بما يحقق الاستغلال الامثل للموارد الاقتصادية وتحديد المزيج الانتاجي الامثل الذي يعظم الارباح ،تتبلور مشكلة البحث في عدم الاعتماد ادارة الوحدات الاقتصادية في الواقع على نموذج البرمجة الخطية في تحديد المزيج الانتاجي الامثل وهذا يؤدي الى هدر الموارد وضياع الجهود وبالتالي انخفاض قيمة الوحدة الاقتصادية ،وقد هدف البحث الى بيان المزيج الانتاجي الامثل للشركة عينة البحث بالاستخدام نموذج البرمجة الخطية وفقا للمنهج التقليدي للتكاليف المستخدمة لدى الشركة مطاحن سوف للدقيق . The research focuses on the importance of using the linear programming model as a scientific tool that helps management in the process of optimal allocation of available resources. In addition, it helps management in providing appropriate information for administrative decision-making and sensitivity analysis, in order to achieve optimal exploitation of economic resources and determine the optimal production mix that maximizes profits.
