Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى القاء الضوء على موضوع الاندماج المصرفي الذي استأثر باهتمام العديد من الجهات الرقابية والبنوك لعلاج معظم المشاكل المصرفية وعلى رأسها ضعف القاعدة الرأسمالية، وتعثر بعض البنوك. فهو وسيلة للاستمرار والنمو، وينتج عنه عدة مزايا، مثل خفض للتكاليف، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة فعالية المصارف المندمجة، إضافة إلى تعزيز مركزها التنافسي. كما يؤدي إلى زيادة الأرباح التي تنعكس إيجابيا على أداء الجهاز المصرفي كله. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها: أن الجزائر لم تسجل أي حالة اندماج مصرفي، وأن هيمنة البنوك العامة على السوق المصرفي في الجزائر لا يعود إلى كفاءتها، وإنما إلى طبيعة ملكية هذه البنوك للدولة، وإلى ضعف الثقة في البنوك الخاصة، وما ترتب عنه من نقص روح الابتكار والتطوير والمنافسة، نتيجة تعثر تجربة البنوك الخاصة. واستنادا إلى نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى اقتراح الاندماج المصرفي حلا لتنقية الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري وتحسين أدائه this study aimed to shed light on the subject of the integration into the banking system, which has
attracted the attention of many regulators and banks to treat most banking problems, chiefly the weak
capital base, and the failure of some of the banks. It is a way for the continuation and growth, resulting
several advantages to reduce costs, increases effectiveness of the merged banks, and to strengthening its
competitive position. It also leads to increase profits and this is reflected positively on the performance of
the banking system as a whole. The study found a number of results, including: Algeria which has not
recorded any case of bank mergers, the domination of the public banks on the banking market in Algeria
does not refer to its efficiency, but to the nature of the ownership of these banks of the state, and to the lack
of confidence in private banks, resulting in a lack of the spirit of innovation, the development and
competition, and this is the result of the finding experience of private banks. Based on the results of the
study it has been reached to propose banking integration as a solution to purify the Algerian banking
system and improve its performance
