Abstract

This research is dealing with one of the important subjects in "personal status", which is considering one of the latest developments of this domain; and which obtain a paramount importance of jurists, and it 's a subject of "Marriage with intent of divorce " . This king of marriages has spread among young people, who were emigrated from home countries for different objects, and study is the most important one, which they resort to this marriage to fortify themselves from sexual temptataints in those countries. And I has simplified the speech about the jurists opinions, also I has mentionted its consequences and provisions. This research has founded a number of results and recommandations, its important one that " marriage whith intent of divorce " is incorrect and it is in Islamic law
