تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثرهـا على كفـاءة الأداء الأكاديمي في الجامعات السعودية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثرهـا على كفـاءة الأداء الأكاديمي في الجامعات السعودية وذلك من خلال معرفة مستوى تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جامعة الجوف من وجهة نظر منسوبيها أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتحديد أكثر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة تطبيقا في الجامعة كما يراها منسوبيها أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتفعيل دور المهتمين والقائمين على إدارة جامعة الجوف، والجامعات الأخرى بتطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والعمل على تعزيزها وتطويرها وكذلك التعرف على متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في النظام التعليمي والتعرف على مدى ملائمة النظام التعليمي في جامعة الجوف لإدارة الجودة الشاملة. بحيث تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في استقصاء مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة المطبقة في جامعة الجوف كما يدركها منسوبيها من خلال أربعة مبادئ وهي متطلبات الجودة في التعليم, متابعة العملية التعليمية، تطوير القوى البشرية (أعضاء هيئة التدريس)، قرارات الإدارة الأكاديمية. وقد خلُصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تركيز الإدارة العليا في المؤسسات التعليمية على عملية تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لتحسين نظام التعليم الجامعي وتوجيه عملية صناعة القرارات بالجامعات السعودية وخاصة جامعة الجوف.
