Abstract

تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تباحث واقع الأداء الإجتماعي للمؤسسة الصحية في ظل الإعترافات العالمية الحالية والسائدة للمنظمات بمسؤولياتها الإجتماعية ، بعد أن كانت في السابق كدعاية لفعل الخير ، حيث أختيرت المؤسسة الصحية إرتباطا بالدور العميق الذي تؤديه على الصعيد المجتمعي والإجتماعي ، فتم إجراء إستقصاء ميداني على عينة من الموظفين تمت فيه دراسة أبعاد المسؤولية الإجتماعية المؤسساتية المعروفة ، ليتم الكشف عن مدى إهتمام ذات المؤسسة محل الدراسة بهاته الأبعاد و الإعتراف بها و تدوينها ضمن رسالتها و سياساتها العامة والإلتزام بتطبيقها فعليا. Abstract:The aim of this study is to examine the reality of social functioning of the health institution in view of the current and prevailing global recognition concerning the social responsibility of the organizations. Having previously been a philanthropist ‚ The health institution has been chosen as a link to the deep role it plays at the community and social level . A field survey was conducted on a sample of staff members ‚ Which examined the known dimensions of corporate social responsibility so as to reveal the extent to which the enterprise in question cared about and took care of dimensions‚ Codified them within its mission and policy and committed to their effective adaptation
