Abstract
A review of the administrative performance in assessing the performance of
business organizations and raising their efficiency and verify the optimal
utilization of their resources.
And helps to rationalize the management of the organization to make the right
decisions and then emerged the need for a new tool to operate on the
management service and used as a means to measure the efficiency and
effectiveness of administrative function in all fields. This tool is an
administrative review. The administrative review is defined as one of the modern
trends in the internal audit and related to the examination and economic
analysis of the organizational structure of the organization and its plans,
policies, methods, procedures and systems. As well as all material and human
possibilities. The administrative review aims to examine the plans and policies
and strengthen the internal control systems. The scope of the administrative
review includes. Plans and objectives as organizational structure of the
organization, methods of work, methods of implementation, and financial and
human resources. Its main axes are. administrative, regulatory and
administrative review of special cases. The work of the administrative auditor
corresponds to many problems in the exercise of the administrative review
process of independence and scientific qualification in to establish the future of
the profession of administrative review in all respects.
