أثر تسيير الكفاءات على الأداء المتميز بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تسيير الكفاءات البشرية بأبعادها الأربع في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لدى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، كما تم جمع المعلومات بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم تقديمها إلى عينة عشوائية من 52 عامل من إطارات المؤسسة محل الدراسة. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS.25)، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لتسيير الكفاءات دور جد فعال وأساسي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أنه يوجد علاقة أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تسيير الكفاءات البشرية بأبعادها الأربع والأداء المتميز في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. The study aimed to know the effect of managing human competencies in its four dimensions in achieving the distinguished performance of Algeria Telecom in the Eloued, and to achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and the information was collected by means of a questionnaire that was submitted to a random sample of 52 workers from the frameworks of the institution under study. After analyzing the data using the (SPSS.25) program, the study concluded that the management of competencies has a very effective and fundamental role in achieving outstanding performance in the institution under study, and that there is a statistically significant impact relationship between the management of human competencies in its four dimensions and the outstanding performance in the institution under study.
