Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
هدفتالدراسةإلىتحديدالاستراتيجياتالمستخدمةمنقبلالأطباءالجراحيننلمواجهةالضغطالنفسيالمهنيلديهم،وتكونتعينةالدراسةمنخمسةاطباءجراحةبمصلحةابنحيانوبعضالعياداتالخاصةبولايةالوادي،ولقداجريتالدراسةبااستخدامالمنهجالعياديبطريقةدراسةحالةوتمقياسمتغيراتالدراسةبتطبيقالمقابلةنصفالموجهةومقياساساليبمواجهةالضغوطالنفسية. انطلاقامنالفرضيةالتالية: لاتوجدفروقفيمواجهةالضغوطلدىالاطباءالجراحةتبعالمتغيرالجنساوالعمراوسنواتالخبرة.
ولقدتوصلتالدراسةالىانالاطباءالجراحيننيعانونمنضغطمهنيعاليوانالاطباءحديثيالعهدبالمهنةهماكثرعرضةللضغطالمهنيمنغيرهمونسبةمواجهةالضغوطعندالاخيرنسبةصغيرةوأنإستراتيجياتمواجهةالضغوطالنفسيةالمهنيةتتراوحبينعدمالاستخدامالكليإلىالاستخدامأحياناوكلطيببجراحلديهاساليبهالخاصةحسبالجنسوالعمر.

Study summary
The study aimed to identify the strategies used by surgeons to cope with their professional psychological pressure. The study sample consisted of (5) surgeons in the interest of Ibn Hayyan and some private clinics in the state of El-Wadi. Semi-guided and scale methods of coping with psychological stress. The following: There are no differences in coping with stress among surgical doctors according to the variable of sex, age, or years of experience
The study concluded that surgeons suffer from high professional pressure, and that doctors who are new to the profession are more vulnerable to professional pressure than others, and the percentage of facing stress in the latter is a small percentage.
And that the strategies for coping with professional psychological pressures range from total non-use to sometimes use, and every surgeon has his own methods according to gender and age.
