Abstract
تعد نظرية " ألبرت أليس" إحدى النظريات المعرفية التي تهتم بالعلاج ، فهي طريقة متكاملة للعلاج والتعلم تستند إلى أرضية نظرية معرفية إدراكية، انفعالية، سلوكية وهي تؤيد العلاج النفسي الإنساني والتعليمي، وهي تتكون من نظرية الشخصية التي هي نظام فلسفي وطريقة علاجية نفسية. تهتم بالجانب المعرفي من الشخصية أي تتبع الاتجاه المعرفي الذي يركز على التفكير الذي يتم تعلمه من الوالدين والبيئة،هذا الأخير الذي يكون المسئول عن التعاسة أوالسعادة . وما تتميز به هذه النظرية أنها حاولت جمع أفكار المدرسة المعرفية وأضافت أيضا البعد الانفعالي ولقد قسم صاحب النظرية الأفكار إلى نوعين: 1 - نمط تفكير عقلاني،2 - نمط تفكير لاعقلاني. ومن خلال هذه الورقة العلمية سنحاول البحث في نشأة هذه النظرية من خلال تقديم نبذة عن صاحبها " ألبرت أليس"، ونشأتها وتطورها وفلسفتها، وأهدافها، وتطبيقاتها، وختاما لهذه الورقة سنحاول تقديم نقد لهذه النظرية من خلال إبراز مزاياها وعيوبها. Abstract :

presenting About the owner "Albert Ellis," and origins, evolution and philosophy, and objectives, and its applications, and the conclusion of this paper we will try to
provide a critique of this theory by highlighting the advantages and disadvantages.
