محددات عرض العمل في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1980-2017

Abstract

يتمحور هذا العمل حول دراسة وتحليل وقياس العلاقة بين عرض العمل في سوق العمل الجزائرية وأهم المحددات الاقتصادية الكلية المؤثرة فيه،وللكشف عن هاته العلاقة تم تقسيم البحث إلى فصلين نتعرض من خلال الأول إلى مفاهيم عرض العمل وآليةحركته والعوامل المؤثرة فيه والنظريات الاقتصادية المفسرة له ثم القاء نظرة على تخطيط القوى العاملة، ويسلط الفصل الثـاني الضوء على وضعية عــرض العمل في الجزائــــر خلال الفترة 1980-2017من خلال دراسة قياسية بالاعتماد علىاختبار فرضيات الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إحصائية واقتصادية إيجابية طردية بين عرض العمل في الجزائر والمتغيرين المهمين معدل النشاط الصافي والكتلة الاجرية الحقيقية.This study focuses on the study, analysis and measurement of the relationship between the labor supply in the Algerian labor market and the most important macroeconomic determinants affecting it. To uncover this relationship, the research was divided into two chapters, which are presented through the first to the concepts of the work presentation; its mechanism of movement, the second chapter highlights the status of the work situation in Algeria during the period 1980-2017through a standard study based on the test of multiple linear regression hypotheses. The study found that there is a positive statistical and economic relationship between the labor supply in Algeria and the two important variables, the net activity rate and the real wage mass.
