dc.description.abstractDans le présent travail , nous avons élaboré des couches minces de dioxyde d'étain (SnO2) non dopées et dopées Lithium (Li) à différant taux de dopage , à partir des solutions de chlorure d'étain (SnCl2) , en utilisant le technique spray pyrolysis , sur des substrats en verre , chauffés à une température fixe de 480°C . pour les caractérisations de ces couches minces de SnO2 avant et après dopage , de la caractérisation de Rayons X nous avons montré que les directions favorisées pour le SnO2 non dopé et dopé ( 4% à 10%) et dopé (1% à 2%) (211) et (110) respectivement . Le calcule de la taille de grains a donné une valeur de 32.46-34.84nm . La transmittance moyennes est dans la gamme de (74.2% - 82%) , l'energie de la bande optique Eg (3.88eV – 3.98eV) , La caractérisation électrique a montré que la conductivité électrique diminue (82.36 (Ω.cm)-1 à 2.61 (Ω.cm)-1).In this work , undoped and Li doped tin oxide(1% to 10%) thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis on ordinary heated at 480° C, glass substrates during three minutes . the solution precursor was SnCl2 and for doping LiCl2 was added in the precursor solution . X-ray diffraction (XRD) , UV-Visible spectroscopy and four point prop were employed to investigate the structural , optical and electrical charactistics of the films before and after doping . XRD showed (211) and (110) as preferred orientation for undoped , Li doped SnO2 (4% to 10%) and Li doped SnO2 (1% to 2%) respectively .Grian seizes were found to be in 32.46 – 34.84 nm average . UV – Visible spectrum revealed that the prepared SnO2 films have transmittance value laying between 74.2% -82% in visible region and optical gap varied between 3.88eV to 3.98eV .From electrical characterization it was found that conductivity decrease from 82.36 (Ω.cm)-1 to 16.9(Ω.cm)-1en_US
