Abstract

تم تسليط الضوء في هذه الورقة البحثية على تحليل واقع التمويل السهمي في الجزائر سواء بالنسبة للسوق الرئيسية الموجهة للشركات الكبرى وذلك بالاستعانة بمؤشرات تعكس مدى نضج السوق وتوسعه أو بالنسبة للسوق المخصصة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مع ابراز أهمية هذا القطاع في قدرته على خلق حيوية في مختلف مجالات الاقتصاد وبالتالي خلق قيمة مضافة والمساهمة في بناء اقتصاد متنوع، كما تم ابراز دور القطاع البنكي في تمويل الاقتصاد وأهم الاصلاحات التي تبنتها السلطات الحكومية بغية تنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية وخاصة سوق الأسهم وتحوليله إلى مركز مالي آمن وجذاب وختمنا بأهم التوصيات الواجب اتخاذها.
