Abstract

تتمحور هذه الدراسة في التعرف على طرق اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات وخاصة القرارات المالية منها المؤثرة بصفة مباشرة على المؤسسات الاقتصادية بإعطائها أهمية بالغة ودور اقتصادي فعال، إذ أن مستوى تطور هذه المؤسسات يعبر عن مستوى تقدم وتطور اقتصاد أي بلد، ومما يعرفه العالم أيضًا التقدم والازدهار في الجانب المالي بما في ذلك المؤسسات المالية والاقتصادية، كما أن نجاح المؤسسات الاقتصادية مرتبط بمدى اتخاذها للقرارات السليمة وذلك من خلال اهتمامها بمختلف مجالات الإدارة، وخلصت دراستنا إلى أنه لابد من الاهتمام بالتشخيص والتحليل المالي لمختلف الوظائف وخصوصا في حالة القيام بالاستثمار ،وهذا من خلال دراستنا لمؤسسة ميناء الجزائر والتأكيد على دور المحلل المالي من خلال دراسته لمحتويات القوائم المالية وتشخيصها لاستنباط القرار الملائم. This study focuses on identifying strategic decision making methods in institutions, especially financial decisions, which directly affect economic institutions by giving them great importance and an effective economic role, The level of development of these institutions reflects the level of progress and development of any country's economy. In the financial aspect, including the financial and economic institutions, and the success of economic institutions is linked to the extent of the adoption of sound decisions through the interest in various areas of management ,Our study concluded that attention should be paid to the diagnosis and financial analysis of the various functions, especially in the case of investment, This is through our study of the Port of Algiers Foundation and the role of the financial analyst in studying the contents of the financial statements and diagnosing them in order to devise the appropriate decision .
