| dc.description.abstract | حرص المشرع على إيجاد العديد من الضوابط القانونية التي تضبط وتنظم العلاقة بين الطرفين وذلك من خلال فرض العديد من الالتزامات على عاتقه تضمن الحد من رغبته وسعيه الدائم لتحقيق الربح ولو على حساب مصالح المستهلك من أهمها الالتزام للإعلام.
