Abstract

"الملخص: تناولت هذه المذكرة الموسومة "" باستثمار أموال الوقف ودورها في تحقيق مقصد حفظ المال""، ودارت محاورها حول لإشكالية رئيسية وهي: كيف يحقق استثمار الوقف مقصد حظ المال في الشريعة الإسلامية؟ وما هي أهم الطرق والوسائل التي تساهم في ذلك؟ وتم تحليل هذه الإشكالية من خلال ثلاث مباحث، كان الأول حول ماهية استثمار أموال الوقف في الشريعة الإسلامية، تناول مفهوم كل من الاستثمار والوقف مع بيان الأحكام المتعلقة بكليهما، أما المبحث الثاني فيتضمن طرق استثمار الأموال الوقفية، حيث احتوى على طرق الاستثمار القديمة والحديثة في الشريعة الإسلامية، أما المبحث الأخير فيتمركز حول دور آليات استثمار أموال الوقف في مقصد حفظ المال. وختمنا المذكرة بخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج كان أبرزهاأن استثمار الوقف أحد الأسباب الرئيسية في المحافظة على الأموال وتنميتها وزيادتها، ودوامها وبقاء أصلها، وحمايتها من أي عامل يسعى إلى هلاكها أو فسادها وهد هو الهدف المنشود ألا وهو تحقيق مقصد حفظ المال. ""Abstract The study subject dealt with investing endowment funds and its role in achieving the purpose of preserving the money, through its problem of how the endowment investment achieves the purpose of preserving money in Islamic law, also what are the most important ways and means that contribute to it. In Islamic Sharia and the provisions related to both of them, as for the second topic, it includes methods of investing endowment funds, as it contains methods of investing endowment funds and ancient and modern investment in Islamic law. The final topic focused on mechanisms for investing endowment funds in the purpose of preserving money. The study concluded with a conclusion consisting of Results and recommendations, the most important of which is that investing the endowment is one of the main reasons for preserving, developing and protecting funds, which spoils its origin and leads to its destruction.
