Abstract
نحاول من خلال هذا المقال توضيح دور المصلحة في العلاقات بين الدول، التي أثبت الواقع المعيش أنه وبغية تحقيقها، تغض الدول والمنظمات النظر عن قضايا انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في سبيل تحقيق مصالحها، ولربّما الحالة التي تثبت صحة ما نقول هي قضية العراق وليبيا التي تعد من بين العديد من الحالات التي كانت محل نفوذ الدول الكبرى على حساب الحقوق الإنسانية. Abstract: We try through this article to clarify the role of Interests in the relations between the states, which proved the living truth that and for the purpose of realization, the states and the organizations disregard the issues of human rights violation, and perhaps the case that making sure of what we say is the issue of Iraq and Libya that that is considered one among the many of the cases that were the subject of the influence of the major states at the expense of human rights.
