Abstract

إن استعراض وبلمحة موجزة مدى نجاعة ونجاح مكانيزمات الاقتصاد الوطني الذي دمر بُناه التحتية بقاء الاستعمار الفرنسي لمدة فاقت 132سنة لأمر يدعو إلى دراسة أسباب فشل آليات التسيير الذاتي في الفترة التي سبقت حركة 19جوان1965، والتي لم تنجح في مجملها في لقضاء على التركة السلبية للاستعمار، واصطدامها بإرادة التصحيحيين الذين أخذوا على عاتقهم إذكاء روح المبادرة لبناء اقتصاد وطني يرتكز على تحسين مستوى الظروف المعيشية للشعب الجزائري وفق المحاور الكبرى لتلك الخيارات التنموية. Abstract : A brief review and of the extent of the efficacy and success of the national economy the mechanisms, whose infrastructure was destroyed by the French colonial rule for more than 132 years calls for a study of the causes of the failure mechanisms of self-governance in the period that preceded the movement of June 19, 1965 , which did not succeed in its entirety to eliminate negative legacy for colonization , and colliding with the will of the Altsahahiein who took it upon themselves to raise the spirit of the initiative to build a national economy based on improving the living conditions of the Algerian people, according to the major axes of these development options .
