Lecture renouvelée du mécanisme conceptuel de la théorie sociale : D’une théorie sociologique organisationnelle à une théorie sociologique conventionnelle

Abstract

Résumé : L’objectif de ce travail est de mettre l’accent sur une lecture renouvelée du mécanisme conceptuel de la théorie sociale, notamment le passage de la sociologie des organisations, vers une sociologie des conventions. Cette dernière a essayé de donner une nouvelle approche des comportements des acteurs au sein d’un système social et ce, en apportant de nouveaux concepts tels que : le ménémisme rationnel, comportements conventionnels, réseau de travail... Pour ce faire, et après un bref retraçage de deux principales théories qui ont marqué la sociologie des organisations, en l’occurrence celle de l’action de M. WEBER et celle de la stratégie d’acteur de M. CROZIER & E. FRIEDBERG, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un cas pratique au sein d’un organisme économique public. Durant cette recherche, nous avons procédé à l’étude des relations existantes entre les différentes équipes de travail, y compris la direction de l’organisation, au sein d’un réseau conventionnel et ce, tout en s’appuyant sur un travail de participation-observante. Un concept développé aussi par cette nouvelle approche ملخص: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تسليط الضوء على الميكانيزم المفاهمي للنظرية الإجتماعية، لاسيما الإنتقال من علم إجتماع المنظمات إلى علم إجتماع الإتفاقيات. حيث أن هذه الأخيرة حاولت إعطاء مفهوم جديد حول سلوك الأفراد داخل النظام الإجتماعي و ذالك بجلب مفاهيم جديدة مثل : الآلية العقلانية، السلوك الإتفاقي، شبكية العمل... و عليه و بالنظر إلى النظريات التي أسست علم إجتماع المنظمات لاسيما نظرية العمل التي أسسها م. فيبر و نظرية إستراتيجية الفاعل التي أسسها م. كروزيي و إ. فريدبرج، و إستنادا على الحالة التطبيقية داخل مؤسسة إقتصادية عمومية من خلال دراسة العلاقات الموجودة بين فرق العمل بما فيه مديرية الهيئة في إطار الشبكة العلاقاتية و ذالك إستنادا على عمل المشاركة الملاحظاتية. مفهوم طور بفضل هذا النهج. Abstract : The aim of this study is to pub emphasis on another view of the conceptual mechanism of social theory. The focus was particularly on the transition from the sociology of organization to that of conventions. This latter tries to give a new approach to the behaviors of actors in a social system, accordingly, news concepts were brought up, these include: rational menemism conventional behaviors, working network… So as to reach this objective a brief retrace of two main theories that marked the sociology of organizations was required these are WEBER’s theory of action and M. CROZIER & E. FREIDBERG’s theory of strategy action. A case study with a public economic bobby was led and emphasis was put on the management of organizations within a conventional network. Meanwhile relying on a new concept, developed by this approach called work participation-observant
