Abstract

إن دراسة تاريخ ظهور المدن الأولى بالغرب الإسلامي عملية جد صعبة ومعقدة، نظرا لمحدودية المعلومات التي أوردتها المصادرة المعاصرة، فضلا عن تضاربها واختلافها من حيث المؤسس وسنة التأسيس، وينطبق هذا الوضع، خصوصا على سجلماسة كما يمكن تعميمه على معظم المدن المغربية. فالمصادر التاريخية تختلف حول التاريخ الحقيقي الذي ظهرت فيه مدينة سجلماسة على مسرح الأحداث بالغرب الإسلامي. ولذلك يمكن القول إنه من الصعب إعطاء تاريخ مضبوط لهذا التأسيس، نظرا لانعدام معطيات مصدرية واضحة وأبحاث أثرية دقيقة. اختفت مدينة سجلماسة، وكانت وراء هذا الاختفاء عدة عوامل ، فرغم تفاوت هذه العوامل، يظهر أن العامل البيئي- الايكولوجي كان أعنف وأقوى، فنضوب المياه التي كانت تشكل المصدر الرئيسي للحياة، إلى جانب هبوب الرياح الجنوبية الشرقية المعروفة بشدة حرارتها، وما تحمله من كثبان رملية، أدى إلى استحالة استمرار العيش بالمدينة. كما أن موقع الإقليم جعله عرضة للعديد من هجومات قبائل الرحل عبر التاريخ، إضافة إلى انحراف الطرق التجارية التقليدية، وخاصة بعد اكتشاف المحيط الأطلنتي مع الكشوفات الجغرافية التي انطلقت من أوربا. The study of the history of the emergence of the first cities in the Islamic West is a very difficult and complicated process, given the limited information provided by contemporary references, and the contrariety and differences they provide about the founder and year of foundation. This situation applies especially to Sijelmassa and can be applied to most Moroccan cities. For the Historical sources differ on the real history in which the city of Sijelmassa appeared on the scene in the Islamic West. Therefore it is difficult to give an exact date of its foundation; due to the scarcity of data and accurate archaeological research. The city of Sijelmassa disappeared, due to several factors, although these factors vary, it is clear that the ecological factor was more influencing, like depletion of water. Which, was the main source of life, as well as the pyrogenic winds of the south-east. Which, eventually Led to the impossibility of continuing to live in the city. Furthermore, the location of the region has made it vulnerable to many attacks by nomadic tribes throughout history, in addition to the deviation of traditional trade routes, especially after the discovery of the Atlantic Ocean with the European geographical descoveries.
