Abstract

This study aims to identify all the legal steps and measures adopted to ensure the integrity of academic research and work by studying the laws and regulations governing the work of the research professor and doctoral student. We first set out to regulate the terms arranged by scientific integrity and plagiarism and then to address administrative mechanisms, both preventive and deterrent, within university institutions, which in turn guarantee the integrity of scientific work. In the case of plagiarism , administrative sanctions are imposed and then the criminal sanctions are brought by initiated by a public action of the author whose writings were abused.
