من أجل تحسين جودة النشر العلمي القانوني في البلاد العربية

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع ضعف النشر العلمي القانوني في البلاد العربية الذي تعكسه قلة عدد البحوث العلمية المنشورة للباحثين المنتسبين إلى الجامعات ومراكز البحوث العربية في المجلات الدولية المتخصصة في مجال القانون والمصنفة ضمن قواعد البيانات رغم كثرة عددها على صعيد المجلات العربية. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف عملنا على تحديد مسببات ذلك الضعف ثم تبيان الخطوات العملية التي تمكّن من تلافيه. لنصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تعديل الأسلوب الذي يعتمده أولئك الباحثون في كتابة أبحاثهم يعد السبب الأهم في الزيادة من مقروئيتها وانتشارها عالميا. This article aims to highlight the weak legal scientific publishing in the Arab countries, reflected in the limited number of scientific research published by researchers affiliated with Arab universities and research centers in international legal journals classified among international databases, despite the large number of Arab magazines. To that end, we have identified the causes of that vulnerability and then described the practical steps that have enabled it to be avoided. Let's conclude that adjusting the way these researchers write their research is the most important reason for the increase in their readability and global reach.
