علاقة رأس المال الاجتماعي بجودة التعليم العالي دراسة حالة جامعة طاهري محمد بشار -كلية العلوم الاقتصادية-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على رأس المال الاجتماعي بأبعاده الأربعة ( الثقة ، تشجيع التعاون، العمل الجماعي ،المعلومات والاتصال) وعلاقته بجودة التعليم العالي بالمؤسسات الجامعية ،ولتحقيق ذلك تم وضع مجموعة من الفرضيات حيث تم اختبارها عبر توزيع استبيان على عينة الدراسة ومعالجتها ببرنامج spss وبعد تحليلها توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن راس المال الاجتماعي يساهم في تحسين شجودة التعليم العالي ،كما توصي الدراسة على ضرورة قيام الجامعة بإعداد برامج ومشاريع البحث لتحسين جودة التعليم . The study aimed to identify social capital in its four dimensions (trust, encourage cooperation, teamwork information and communication) and its relationship to the quality of higher education, and to achieve this, a set of hypotheses were developed and tested using a questionnaire distributed to the study sample (50 questionnaires)and the answers were unloaded in a program spss, After evaluating it, the research discovered a series of results, the most notable of which is that social capital contributes to improving the quality of higher education. The study also recommends the need for the university to prepare programs and research projects to improve the quality of education.
