| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دراسة البيئة التكنولوجية للمؤسسات الزراعية والتغيرات الحاصلة فيها كوسيلة لاستدامة الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة Agrotahraouiفي ظل الاستخدام المكثف والمتطور باستمرار لتقنيات الإنتاج الزراعي بمختلف أنواعه، وقد اعتمد الباحثين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى النتائج و استبانه كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (40) عامل من بالإدارة العليا، وسعت الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تفعيل خلية اليقظة التكنولوجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وزيادة فعالية التقنيات المستخدمة للوصول لميزة تنافسية من خلال استراتيجيات تكنولوجية سواء دفاعية أو هجومية. Summary: The study aims to shed light on the study of the technologic environment of agricultural institutions and the changes as a means of substitution Agrotahraoui in light of the intensive and constantly evolving use of agricultural production technique of various kinds, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach to arrive at results and a questionnaire as a data collectiontool , a random samle of (40) senior management was selected,The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to activate the technological vigilance cell in the institution, and to increase the effectiveness of the technique used to reach a competitive advantage though a technological strategy, whether defensive or offensive | en_US |
