التحضري ودراسة الفعالية املضادة للبكترياي للحلقات غري املتجانسة اجلديدة ملشتقات الكركمني

Abstract

الهدف الرئيسي من هذه المذكرة هو تحضير مركبات حلقية غير متجانسة جديدة تحتوي على البيريميدين ,البيورين والبيريميدو- بيورين ، باستخدام الكركمين كمادة أولية الحتوائه على م جموعات تفاعلية مثل مجموعة الكاربونيل )O = C)والروابط المزدوجة . تم تحضير ثالثة مركبات مخبريا تحوي البيريميدين ،البيريميدو- بيورين واستخدام طيف األشعة تحت الحمراء لتحديد المجموعات الوظيفية للمركبات الناتجة والتعرف عليها. تم أيضا تطبيق طريقة االنتشار ) method diffusion )لدراسة الفعالية المضادة للبكتيريا للمركبات المحضرة اتجاه خمس سالالت بكتيرية ،أثبتت فعاليتها ضد نوع واحد من البكتيريا وهي Coli .E سالبة الغرام.The main objective of this note is to prepare new heterocyclic compounds containing pyrimidines, purines and pyrimido-purines, using curcumin as a raw material because it contains reactive groups such as ( C = O) carbonyl group and double bonds. Three compounds were prepared in vitro containing pyrimidines, pyrimido-purines, and infrared spectroscopy was used to identify and identify the functional groups of the resulting compounds.
