أثر تغير اسعار النفط على مؤشرات الاداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الجزائر

Abstract

في ضوء الأهمية التي يكتسبها قطاع النفط في الاقتصاد الجزائري وباعتباره اقتصاد ريعي يعتمد بشكل كبير علــى النفط، وتتأثر مؤشرات الاداء الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بتقلبات أسعار النفط، التي تتغير وبشكل مستمر بتغير أسعار النفط في الاسواق العالمية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تغير أسعار النفط على مؤشرات الاداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة (1990-2016), ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم استخدام بيانات لسلاسل زمنية تغطي فترة الدراسة، وتمتطبيق نموذجVECM. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد علاقة بين متغيرات دراسة، وترتبط مؤشرات الاداء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بأسعار النفط ارتباطا وثيقا وتتأثر بتقلبات أسعار النفط في الاسواق العالمية. In light of the importance of the oil sector in the Algerian economy and as a rent economy depends heavily on oil, and are affected by indicators of economic performance and social fluctuations in oil prices, which are constantly changing oil prices in world markets. The aim of this study is to know the impact of oil price changes on the economic and social performance indicators in Algeria during this period (1990-2016). To this end, data were used for time series covering the study period, and the VECM model was applied. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between the variables of the study, and the indicators of economic and social performance related to oil prices are closely linked and are affected by fluctuations in oil prices in world markets.
