Abstract

This paper aims to demonstrate the significance of scientific research and higher education institutions in the advancement of the tourism sector in Algeria. illustrate the contributions of these institutions as a component of the sector's development, with a particular focus on the training of human resources for the tourism industry. The objectives of the study were achieved through the implementation of a case study of the Higher School of Hospitality and Catering Algeria (ESHRA). The conclusions and recommendations most notable were that the institution serves as a model for scientific research and higher education institutions, offering curricula that align with the dynamics of the tourism sector.
