Abstract

ُعدُّ مقدِّمة أصول الفقه لابن القصار البغدادي المالكي من أفضل المصنفات الأصولية المالكية لمكانة مؤلفها من جهة، ولقرب عهده من الإمام مالك -رحمه الله- من جهة أخرى، وفي هذا البحث دراسةٌ للقواعد الأصولية التي ليس فيها نصٌّ عن مالك وأصحابه، وذكرٌ لبعض الفروع الفقهية المخرجة عليها. The Introduction to Usul al-Fiqh by Ibn al-Qassar al-Baghdadi al-Maliki is considered one of the best Maliki fundamentalist works due to the stature of its author on the one hand, and the closeness of his era to Imam Malik -May God have mercy on him- on the other hand, and in this research a study of the fundamentalist rules that do not have a text on Malik and his companions, and a mention of some of the jurisprudential branches that came out on them
